ECQ PASS SUSPENDED | effective 10 p.m. Tuesday | Cebu City

Confirmed by the Chief of Police Regional Office (PRO) Central Visayas Police Brigadier Albert Ignatius Ferro; all Quarantine pass shall be suspended in the province of Cebu held by an estimate of 250,000 individuals. Every police station in the City will strictly observe persons coming in and out of their barangay starting today as per Mayor Labella's instructions during the National Inter-Agency Task Force Meeting.

General Ferro also confirms the re-issueance of new Quarantine Pass cards where this time only one for every family shall be available. He added that essential workers such as Medical Staffs and Food Delivery would still be allowed despite the cancellation of Qpass.
